I grew up hearing stories about neighbors in Glasgow bringing one another a shortbread mould. My Scottish Grandma made sure we had plenty of these on hand, and has often nudged us towards baking them because “people love them!”
In the most humble of fashions (ie. this arrives at your doorstep kept airtight by a gallon freezer ziploc bag), we have rolled this out on our website like we would have our table at the Farmer’s Market!
